I called at the last minute for a repair and Chris was able to get me in right away. He fixed the problem and also offered another service that would be beneficial to me. Tried to sell me a cabin air filter that I had just replaced myself a few months ago. After I questioned the recommendation, it became apparent the tech had never even checked it. Being out of town when our CVs started going out made this an already stressful situation. We were incredible disappointed with Seth’s lack of communication throughout the process then his insisting we p this an already stressful situation. Thankfully this was rectified by the Service Manager. The vehicle was aligned 1 week before going into the shop and was dreadfully out of alignment when we got it back. We were also told the tires we put on 6 months ago were bad and needed to be replaced. We of course declined this and took the vehicle back to the dealer that put the tires on the begin with and found they were not bad at all only in need of a balance. Again, disappointing to think we were almost spending another $400+ For 2 tires that were in fact not needed. The vehicle was with Landers for SEVEN weeks. Not any fault of the dealer, but goodness what an inconvenience. Lura with the rental deak was outstanding and extremely helpful from start to finish. More
