Everyone was great and gracious to me as far as getting my truck serviced! Couldn't be more pleased. It's just that everything is so overpriced. With everything that I had done to my vehicle I really wante my truck serviced! Couldn't be more pleased. It's just that everything is so overpriced. With everything that I had done to my vehicle I really wanted to get my floor or door runner (the part you step on when entering the truck) replaced until I found out it cost $185.00. It's just a 3 foot piece of plastic! More

Service advisor was good to work with. However, I paid nearly $500 for a 90K MPI, found out the truck needed leaf springs pads to fix a squeak and new front brakes, so I was asked to pick up the truck and nearly $500 for a 90K MPI, found out the truck needed leaf springs pads to fix a squeak and new front brakes, so I was asked to pick up the truck and wait for the pads to come in. 2-3 days later, I brought the truck back in for the pads to be replaced. The truck was given a clean bill of health after the 90K inspection. Within one week, the truck developed a squealing noise and a vibration during acceleration which only got worse over the next week. I brought the truck back in (approx. 2 weeks after paying for the 90K service) and was told all three U-joints needed replaced, the front left wheel bearing needed replaced, and the propeller shaft center support bearing needed replaced to the tune of another $1,200. I asked why none of this was noticed during the 90K MPI I had paid $500 for and was told “I don’t know, because they drive the vehicles during the inspection.” When I asked for a refund on the $500 90K MPI, since the truck clearly was not in the condition it was claimed to be, I was only offered approx. $140 discount on the $1,200 that was quoted to fix all the issues. Essentially, I paid $500 for an oil change. I have attempted to purchase two new vehicles in the past from Landers Toyota and was so turned off by the sales team that both vehicles were purchased at other dealerships. I had a small issue with the Toyota dealership in Joplin, MO when I bought the truck, but they immediately corrected the issue when asked. I thought maybe I’d give Landers one more shot at service, but found it to be the same experience I’d had with their sales team. Disappointed and feel screwed out of $500 plus the cost of having another shop complete an inspection (another $400) after Landers completed theirs. More
