We worked with Chris in the service department and he was super helpful in getting our car in immediately. He also patiently answered our questions on our remote start and got it to work for the first time s super helpful in getting our car in immediately. NEVER BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. This has been a horrible experience. I bought a used BMW from this dealership two months ago. The AC went out a week ago that cools the battery (essential function). It took experience. I bought a used BMW from this dealership two months ago. The AC went out a week ago that cools the battery (essential function). It took over a week to get any answers or even a returned phone call. The sales rep that sold me the car never answered. The service rep never returned my calls either. I finally get a hold of someone and they tell me it’s going to be nearly $1400 and the warranty doesn’t cover it. The service was very poor and what’s the point in a warranty if it doesn’t cover breakdowns. I’m told the dealership is not going to cover any of the charges. I will never use this dealer again nor will anyone I know. More
