Landers Toyota NWA - Service Center

I had never had any issues with the service here, but this last time they didn't perform any inspection of basic things like the oil. Right after i picked up my car I started hearing a noise, nothing to this last time they didn't perform any inspection of basic things like the oil. Right after i picked up my car I started hearing a noise, nothing too alarming, but then one day later my car started shutting off on its own, after a few days of this happening I checked the oil level and my car was completely dry, no oil in the motor, even the service said they performed the multipoint inspection. I had to buy 5quarts of oil and then the issues went away. More

Since purchasing my 4Runner in 2019, everyone at Landers inv with 40 years before hanging it up, I can confidently attest to the service at Landers. Since purchasing my 4Runner in 2019, everyone at Landers involved in the vehicle's care, from schedulers to garage greeters to service department and anyone spoken to in-between have been well beyond my expectations. Even though expected in the service industry, this is a rare thing! In my opinion Landers is a benchmark dealership! Kudos!! More
