Could be better! When I walked into the service reps office and noticed one who was available, I said “Good morning”, I did not hear hear a response from him. So, my first impression was not good and I did not feel it was friendly. However, when I picked up my car later, the atmosphere was better. This is my first service appointment since I purchased my new 2019 Camry from your dealership. My last Camry was purchased in 2006 from the Fayetteville dealership. I have done most of my 5000 miles service there. They always vacuumed my car and washed it after they complete the service. At your location, I noticed they did not vacuum and looks like the sprayed the outside of the car with water only. I think all Toyota dealerships should be consistent either do it or don’t. I believe your service department could be better if you improve the way the customer is treated and paid attention to the little things. All customers should be treated equally and consistently. 10,000 check up There was a mix up on my 10,000 mile check up. They did. 5.000 mile on it and I question the next oil change and they said in 5,000. This is my second hybrid so I knew something was wrong. Car was in the car wash, so a tech said she would go change the oil. I'm not sure where the confusion came from, but I was assured they did the 10,000, and said the only difference was the oil change. More

Very good I had a good experience. I had a recall on my vehicle. The service dept stated would have a 2 hour wait. While waiting the cattering company provided I had a good experience. One of the staff invited me to join in the meal. Great food. Had a good Thanksgiving meal while waiting. Very nice since I work in healthcare and would be working on Thanksgiving. More
