Warranty service and oil change On Thursday November the 14 I made an appointment to have my old changed at 11:30 at 1220 I asked if my car had started be in service jand they advise On Thursday November the 14 I made an appointment to have my old changed at 11:30 at 1220 I asked if my car had started be in service jand they advised me that they still had 3 or 4 more customers ahead of me. I don't understand why customers that make appointments doesn't have service started shortly after your arrival and you're expected to wait for long periods of time for your car to be serviced? More

Disappointed and over charged It took two hours for an oil change and it cost $57.88. That is way too long and way too expensive! But once we got into details, the entire scenario changed. Nothing would be possible. I left the dealership totally disappointed and over charged. More
