Out of state and in need of service I had my ‘15 Camry serviced (oil change and multi-point inspection) in my home state before traveling to Arkansas for an extended stay when I discove I had my ‘15 Camry serviced (oil change and multi-point inspection) in my home state before traveling to Arkansas for an extended stay when I discovered small oil spots on the garage floor. I contacted the service center at Landers and they told me to come in as soon as it was convenient. When I got there, they were attentive and efficient and quickly diagnosed the problem. They also, at the request if the service manager in my home state, contacted him and filled him in on the cause, which was the oil drain plug not being tightened correctly. Great service and efforts to partner with a “colleague” to help improve service in at the dealership in my home state. It was a relief to have had a good experience at a dealership where I had not bought the car. More

fast, good service nice people, they keep you informed, they call if they see something you might want done. i wish they would've patched my tired though. said the nail nice people, they keep you informed, they call if they see something you might want done. i wish they would've patched my tired though. said the nail was too close to the side wall, it was over an inch from the side wall. was charged like $25 for them to find a leak i already knew was there and then not be able to fix it. I'm sure this policy comes down from the higher-ups worried that someone will sue if they get their tire patched and then later blows out. More
