Poor service repeatedly!! Ok, when I came in for my 10,000 oil change I also had a recall done to my truck. Every since then my LDA system has not functioned properly. I have been in there a total of 4-5 different times now trying to get this issue fixed, different excuses each time. This last time was for another recall that I was reassured would fix the problem. Still not working. I work all the time so when I get a day off I schedule these appointments and have been in there 4-5 times now wasting my time trying to get this resolved. When I was leaving this last time and it was not working I had had enough. I called Seth and stated my disappointment in the service. He tried to get me to come back but like I said I dont have alot if time to waste! So we agreed that my 20,000 mile oil change would be due soon and we would try again then to get this issue resolved. I dont mean to be rude but I have purchase4 new vehicles from you guys and I am very disappointed with the service. Hopefully it will be resolved FINALLY the next time I'm in. More

Lack of communication Simple enough oil change and tire rotation service. Maitenance. When I picked up the vehical I noticed that they flagged one of the tires for needing replacement. No call from the advisor - no notice from anyone except that I noticed! So I thought thier loss on a sale. The porter brought the car around and I jump in to drive away. The front end is whobbeling so bad I can barley drive it. Obviously due to the bad tire. So the tech must have felt it when it came off the rack. But no call and no report - just me noticing it on the report. I think I'll get my maintenace somewhere else. More
