They did not address the initial issue and overcharged us We were over charged so much. Everyone is nice but nice doesn’t fix the issues with your car. Our car was not fixed properly and we ended up spend 3x We were over charged so much. Everyone is nice but nice doesn’t fix the issues with your car. Our car was not fixed properly and we ended up spend 3x the amount that it cost which would not have happened had the issue we mentioned when we brought it in was addressed. We took it to another shop and had the car fixed. After talking with the certified mechanics there they explained to us that Landers Toyota Service should have replaced that part in the beginning because it WAS bad. It only took a few days after landers had our car for it to fully break down which put us in a bind. This is why we gave them a one star. Poor rating. Unsure of who exactly we worked with. More

Excellent Service I had the timing belt, valve cover gaskets, and clutch bushings on my Tacoma all replaced in one day. Service advisor Drew was polite and helpful, ev I had the timing belt, valve cover gaskets, and clutch bushings on my Tacoma all replaced in one day.
