I had an appointment at 9 AM, I arrived a little late around 9:10, and left at 10:56am. This was for a 5000 service appointment, just a tire rotation, filling my fluids, and visually observing battery, t around 9:10, and left at 10:56am. I bring both of my Toyota vehicles in regularly for maintenance. My Tacoma has nearly 175,000 miles on it and thought I had done everything needed to get it to 300k + miles. Last visit I was told ther maintenance. My Tacoma has nearly 175,000 miles on it and thought I had done everything needed to get it to 300k + miles. Last visit I was told there were several things I have not done yet that is needed to accomplish 300k + miles...which is fine, but have never been told that in the last 5+ years of coming here. Unfortunately, this had me thinking it was either 1.) the folks before did not know what is needed, or 2.) I was just being told these things to spend more $. I just want to make sure whatever I'm told is consistent, fair and honest at the end of the day. Also, my truck did not come back washed after I was there for 1.5 hours...first time that happened, so a little disappointed after I spent over $300. More
