Service department is always great. I always have a great experience at this service center. The staff is kind and professional. I didn't buy my car there and was told a few things were I always have a great experience at this service center. The staff is kind and professional. I didn't buy my car there and was told a few things were covered on my warranty that turned out to not be true. That is frustrating but its not the fault of this dealership or your employees. I just wish that I would have known what was and wasn't covered before I added a bunch of extra warranties. More

The best car dealer in NWA! Took my Corolla in for a recall notice for a CVT software update. Service was quick. The next day my radio/stereo wasn’t working and stuck in a contin Took my Corolla in for a recall notice for a CVT software update. Service was quick. The next day my radio/stereo wasn’t working and stuck in a continuous loop. Called Toyota to have a look at what was wrong. They ordered a new radio/stereo unit which took less than a week. Service was fast, friendly and I didn’t have to pay for a new unit! Thanks Toyota! You’re the best! Again! More

They found a problem, I wasn't aware of! Whew! Went in for oil change, they found a problem I wasn’t aware of. Gave me a loaner so I could go about my day. Called late afternoon when car was ready.
