Poor pick up service Got a text @ 547pm saying may car was ready. Showed up at 6:01pm and entire service center was closed. Cashier was gone I had to elevate my voice to 1 gentleman in service bay. Since Landers Took this over prices have gone up, service has gone down. I own a Lexus so I am limited to the dealership I can use and their prices are 25% higher than the Lexus dealer in Dallas and Tulsa. I am going to start taking my car to Fayetteville. Steve Landers is not concerned about the customer at all. More

Quick service! Had scheduled heated seats to be added to my new Rav4 and was able to set up an appointment that fit my schedule and drop it off the night before.
