Leaky tire I called the day before and asked if I needed to make an appointment for a leaky tire- they said no just Bri g it in. I work during the day so that is an important detail. I brought it in and it was very busy. They took the car in and handed me paperwork and had me wait for a service person. I stood in front of two desks for a long time- the service men came and went and at one point one looked at me so I approached him and he sent me away. Eventually someone came and took me to the temp Desk near the two guys. I waited - it took almost two hours to fix a leaky tire then they could. It find my car. This was not typical of my experience there. Maybe I just need to make an appointment next time?? More
