The labor cost seemed to be in line...not exorbitant. I objected to the diagnosis fee. I told you what the problem was yet you duplicated part of the process that I had already done three times. I do not see the need to do it again. Time and effort could have been minimized. The service advisor was very courteous, and I believe he did all he could under the company policy to solve the problem efficiently and in an expedient manner. He should be commended for his patience in answering all of my questions and concerns. More
Mild frustration turns into utter disbelief So, this is my second review in a week😒. The first addressed a 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change service that I had an appointment for. I get that So, this is my second review in a week😒. The first addressed a 1 1/2 hour wait for an oil change service that I had an appointment for. I get that it can take awhile when I’m a drive up, but with an appointment an hour should be max. Toyota was standup on that and did not charge me for it even though I offered to pay more than once. So when I left I had a good feeling overall based on the way they handled the situation. Fast forward three days, I get home from work and notice that I have oil spots on my driveway at home, It has never leaked a drop so I’m pretty sure its related to the oil change. The next morning I call Toyota tell them I’ll be in during my lunch sometime after 11 to address the issue. I get there and they tell me they’ll get right on it, over an hour later I get my truck back. I decline the wash treatment directed at getting the excess oil off the undercarriage because I’m late getting back to work and am told after asking that they use a special drip cup to catch excess oil during the change process and they left it, resulting in a belt wearing a hole in it and oil leaking out.... enough said. I would expect any oil change service taking an hour and half to be done well but I guess not at Landers Toyota in NWA. They did have a long list of recommended services they thought I needed right away. I think I’ll tackle them myself😉 More
