Toyota Pre-Paid Maintenance can be purchased with or without the filters covered during the service period and we apologize if that option was not offered to you. Service will suggest any items that the vehicle needs at appropriate wear, mileage, or time, however, whether covered or not. Hello, thanks for the response and looking into this issue. I did make an appointment and actually just left the dealership service department. As I discussed this issue with Lake (service advisor), he basically called me a liar and stated although they tried to tool the button out, they did not cause the damage. This is something so small and easy to fix and it should be, however at this time, the dealership is not standing by fixing this issue. Customer service makes or breaks a business. Hope potential customers read this and thinks twice before bringing a vehicle here for service. They clearly do not put customers first. Hope this gets resolved!
