As should have been discussed with you, this issue was unfortunately diagnosed as a body shop issue, which we are unable to repair. If you would like the names of some reputable body shops in our area, please let us know and we would be happy to give you some recommendations. If you would let us know how to reach you by emailing our Service Director, shawn.wells@landerscorp.com, we would love to set up an appointment for us to clean your vehicle thoroughly and ensure that make this right. And we have looked into getting credit card machines at each advisors desk rather than them having to go around the partition and will re-examine this after your experience. We can promise you that we have never had an issue with any of our staff mis-using any guest or company information. Thank you for letting us know about this issue and we hope to be able to fix the concern.
