Lake was great. Came in for a 30k check up. They did not check my windshield wipers and did not run it through the car wash. I was able to bring it back at the end o Came in for a 30k check up. I was able to bring it back at the end of the week for those, but it was a little inconvenient and out of the way, but super quick so it wasn’t terrible. My seat has been sitting weird since the Friday I brought it back. Not sure what happened and I can’t figure out if it is actually broken so I haven’t called, but it’s still not right. Landers has always been great and I will come back every time, just not the 5 star they usually are that week. More

Toyota Camry 2015 Vin 4T4BF1FK7FR449054 On April 21, 2022, I had driven a short way after leaving a parking lot in Eureka Springs, AR and the steering wheel became very loose so that the car didn't 21, 2022, I had driven a short way after leaving a parking lot in Eureka Springs, AR and the steering wheel became very loose so that the car didn't respond to it. The car then veered to the left on its own but then the steering wheel engaged and I could get back in my lane. It was ok for about 100 feet and then did it again. After researching online and seeing that the steering for the 2015 Camry has been an issue since 2015, I called Toyota Brand Engagement Center and explained my problem. They started a case file for my car: 220511000922. I also made an appointment at Landers Toyota, Rogers, Ar for noon May 17, 2022 but they could not identify a problem. On May 31, 2022, it happened again. I called TBEC again. They said they would contact you. So is this your response? I think my car is unsafe. It's a 2015 Camry le with 47,500 miles. I think Toyota should do better diagnosing this problem. So no I am not pleased with Landers Toyota even though I have had good service in the past. 6.15.2022 The issue with my car has not been resolved. More
