Did feel like the service advisor did enough to help. I have a warranty related repair, I wasn't told to bring my warranty information with me , instead the advisor told us he'sunable to look up my extende have a warranty related repair, I wasn't told to bring my warranty information with me , instead the advisor told us he'sunable to look up my extended warranty info. The advisor was able to see history of warranty repair in the system, he said he is unable to see the warranty info. So now I'm having to reschedule and make another visit to repair my truck. More
