When they returned my car to me at 7pm, 12 full hours later, they had effectively broken my air conditioning, making it make loud sounds and blow only hot air, and not fixing the issue for which I had brought it in. I spoke with the GM Mike Orcutt, who could not have been ruder. He blamed me for buying a Jeep from another dealership, despite the fact that all Jeep dealers repair all Jeeps under warranty. Do not take your cars to this dealership for service. I should've read the reviews here online before going to this half-rate dealership. Stay away. More

I went in on a Saturday to test drive my 2 choices. My sells person Dion Alford was very patient. He demonstrated the options in the Jeep.
