Update: I got a call from Mr Whitehead, the ‘fixer’ at the dealership. We’re going to explore possibilities for repairing my beloved Elphie, so all is not lost. Lesson learned: if the experience is going south, ask for Mr Whitehead. More to come......

**UPDATE** We realized our old vehicle is no longer registered to us, we reach out to the finance company to ask them how we go about getting this vehicle back into our names so we can move it and be street legal. Finance company tells us the loan reversal on the dealers side will take up to 3-4 weeks to complete. Meaning we cannot move our vehicle until that time because we can't register it, also our plates are still suspended and after calling the dealership several times we realize they're no longer going to answer our phone calls. Now we can't even get from point A to point B with 3 children because we can't register or get a plate for this vehicle. **ALSO we never requested leather, we walked onto your lot and told your sakesperson what features we wanted and asked if it was possible. Leather wasnt mentioned nor was it even desired. We requested all the features our older model 2012 dodge durango had AND MORE. After all, why would anyone enter a dealership to DOWNGRADE their vehicle and its features?! The features included on our trade in vehicle were a remote start, power liftgate, large uconnect screen with sirius xm guardian and rims coated to match the paint of the truck. We requested those features be placed onto the vehicle they stuck into our contract but instead we were offered leather on a very basic drab sxt model durango, possibly the most basic model on the lot and nothing else. As if leather makes up for having zero features.

The better business bureau reviews has not been revised by myself. I stand behind my reviews of this unprofessional business 100%. If this has happened to anyone else i advise you to reach out to the BBB, the consumer protection agency, the dept of revenue, the news stations and yo-yo sales auto fraud law attorneys. LET YOUR VOICES BE HEARD!!!!

*UPDATE* They sent the original saleswoman to my home yesterday evening at about 630p, she brought my old truck back and took the new truck. Then she returned at about 930p to bring us our 2nd key but first sat outside my home with her music bumping loud as she could. This whole experience has been horrible and so so so unprofessional. Yesterday the dealership called and attempted to get us to "just take the truck that was put into our contract" and "We'll add leather, nothing significant or that you really desired but we'll add some seats" we declined for the simple fact that the truck they'd put into our contract was the most basic (zero featured) truck they had on their lot and it would have been an absolute downgrade to accept that truck. Our trade in was an older model but still had all the bells and whistles included. I notice in the dealerships response they say thank you for coming to our lot to get your trade in back. We never left our homes, they came and took the truck we'd been given at the lot on 3/17/18 and dropped off our 2012 durango (same one they pulled off the auction block on friday) If necessary i can provide home surveillance footage from one of our 2 outdoor cameras that show them dropping the truck off and picking the other up at our home last night. I can also provide audio fromthe cameras as needed. 🤷
