Terrible experience yesterday! We stopped in to literally browse their lot and were immediately approached by Don. The pushiest car salesman I have EVER in 46 years encountered. Assumed my wife and I were bu browse their lot and were immediately approached by Don. The pushiest car salesman I have EVER in 46 years encountered. Assumed my wife and I were buying a truck we looked at. All he could do was talk and push. We are looking and in no way needing another vehicle. He kept pushing the “deal” and talking so fast my head was spinning. As I was looking up information on my phone he kept making comments as to what I was doing. I will never buy a vehicle there for this reason. Very abrasive and cheesy to say the least. Beware of this guy. Your dealership should be ashamed. More
Melinda Renfro was the perfect sales person for me. She was hilarious, didn’t pressure me even saying she could look for another car if I didn’t like the one she found for me. I loved it. I wanted my own was hilarious, didn’t pressure me even saying she could look for another car if I didn’t like the one she found for me. I loved it. I wanted my own car where I didn’t have to adjust mirrors and seats every time I got in and everything would be left where I put it. She told funny stories, did the paperwork carefully and accurately explaining everything so I would understand. She had pre-marked everything that was important and had marked where I was supposed to sign. It made the process so much more fun and easy. I love my car and Melinda Renfro is an outstanding associate. She was calm, hilarious, accurate and extremely smart. I feel I got the best deal possible and felt she was honest. I would advise anyone who wants a car to ask for her. She is definitely a 5 Star ++ associate and is a great resource and addition for Landmark Chrysler. Your lucky to have her. More

I just bought mt 4th vehicle from this company, having spent near $100000. The car only had 1 key. When i asked for a 2nd one, I was told that the person who accepted th car might have it and to check bac spent near $100000. The car only had 1 key. When i asked for a 2nd one, I was told that the person who accepted th car might have it and to check back. Well when I checked back, he didn't have it and when I asked sales manager for one he said I should have said that during the sale so the price could have been increased. Too late now. If I had bought a new car, posi ly could have accommodated me, but oh well, I bought a used car and that doesn't count. Zero customer loyalty. I actually went up the chain with same answer, which to me means that my purchases from them is not worth them spending $300 for me.🤔 More
Two weeks ago I bought my truck and I had it 3 days and on the 4th day I was suppose to bring my truck back in for they could replace a part for the set. That evening I find out it’s the whole set that has to be replace and won’t be in till next Tuesday. So ok not too bad that’s 5 days in this loaner. Tuesday gets here not ready so Wednesday I drive out there. Not ready and they don’t have the part. And can’t tell me a time frame when they will have my truck ready. I wonder if I would of fiancé one they would of moved faster cause they would made more money on it. But I paid for my truck in full. Never again. She of know better than go there. 2 weeks is to much. More

Sales not trustworthy, service terrible. Going to shop 3rd time before first oil change. PS. They give free oil changes for a good review! My story: I am going through a nasty divorce & had to trade 3rd time before first oil change. PS. They give free oil changes for a good review! My story: I am going through a nasty divorce & had to trade in two vehicles because my ex-husband forced me to take"his" truck instead of getting it in his name. I was overwhelmed with the trade in process & was in a hard spot. I was impressed with the customer service & my salesman, David. I needed a used car that I could roll negative equity into so I was taken to see a 2017 VW Jetta. Seemed nice. Of course, they encourage you to drive their car off the lot & they'll keep your vehicles while they work on financing. I told them I had to wait to sign until I could cash out $2,000 from my 401k for the down payment. While I had the car (before I signed) I notified them 1)the drivers heated seat didn't work. 2) a replace key battery error message had appeared on my dash 3) the bright lights were turning off & on on their own and flashing sporadically. The sales man seemed new so the used sales manager was involved in my several meetings & conversations. They said and I quote "no big deal, just call service & we'll get it taken care of for you. " During initial visit & prior to signing papers, I expressed I really wanted the windows tinted. Again, "not a problem at all". They gave me a key battery. I signed papers end of November and was surprised AT THE TABLE to find out 1) tint would not be included & tint couldn't be financed 2) I had to bring $3,000 down instead of $2,000. My salesman literally told me before signing they had it worked out for me to put down $2,000 as agreed from the beginning & the amount that took out of my 401k. I SHOULD HAVE WALKED but felt trapped. I couldn't afford the two vehicles upcoming payment & they had already had my vehicles for weeks by this time. I literally cried at the table & left upset. Looking back, funny you sign an IOU at the table for funds to close but I asked during my signing about the issues with the car & once again was reassured, you'll make an appointment with service & they'll take care of it for you. AFTER SIGNING, call service for appointment for 1)broken heated seat 2) flashing bright lights 3) key completely quit working (by this point it had had 2 new key batteries). Speak with the rudest man possible who told me they didn't work on Volkswagons & that my issues weren't covered unless I purchased an extended warranty. I immediately contacted some higher ups to ensure I finally got some customer service. This time, Chad (GM?) was great!I brought my car up, they sent it to VW. My only compliant (this time) my car was gone for at least 3 weeks. I was told the guy working with me quit so my car had been ready for pick up for a week but no one had called. But at least they were nice 🤷 they fixed heated seat and "fixed" key (wrong they put a third new key battery in) Shortly there after, key quit working again. This is my first push button start car & let me tell you, this a REAL BIG PAIN IN THE REAR! Send back to dealership to send to VW. Wait a few weeks. Needed a new key. I drove off the lot with a faulty key that made me lose my car for 4+ weeks in the shop after two visits and this time they made me pay $100 of my $200 deductible for the warranty. This time Chad agreed to split the deductible. This didn't make me happy & service knew it. I was told "We sell cars & things go wrong with them". Here I am now in MAY and... The bright lights are still coming off and on and flickering on their own. HOW DID THIS PASS INSPECTION? Do you know how embarrassing & rude this is? I have to send my car back again for a THIRD time to fix another issue from when I drove the car off the lot. I'm sure this time they will make me pay $200 to get my car back. I HAVEN'T EVEN MADE IT TO THE FIRST OIL CHANGE. I dread dealing with service so much that I tried dealing with VW directly but if I don't go through dealership, I pay for it. It has been and continues to be a nightmare! Regrets More
