Had us BCA it over night to come back after weekend when they called us to reschedule. Then after 6 times of rescheduling with no new information we received information that we were way out of our price range AFTER being told we were in it. Saying we had to put down $10,000 with out trade in valuing more than that. Very disappointed. Will never go back to them. & will never recommend anybody to them More
WOULD NOT TRUST OR RECOMMEND AND A WASTE OF TIME WOULD NOT TRUST OR RECOMMEND AND A WASTE OF TIME Although we weren't buying a newer more expensive vehicle I fel WOULD NOT TRUST OR RECOMMEND AND A WASTE OF TIME Although we weren't buying a newer more expensive vehicle I felt we were treated like trash. We own a 2018 Pacifica, own and paid off 2014 impala, 2003 chevy crew cab, and 2000 Silverado. We were looking for a used truck for our son. He found a couple of trucks, one at landmark and one at Bob Sight. Both comparable years and prices. He liked the one at landmark because of trim packages. He was told by salesman (Kris with a K) earlier that day he would come down to 14,500 from 16,988 if he would purchase that day. Our son asked us to come and look at it with him so we did. We weren't able to get there till 5:30, which I asked if it was still ok to check out trying to respect their long hours, I myself knowing working long hours. Monday would have been fine too. First I gave quick look under hood and under vehicle. Liked what I seen so far. Then asked if we still had time for a test drive. Was told yes but only short test drive down the block or two (interstate was approximately 2 miles away). I said that’s fine. Then was told only salesman could drive but he would pull over and let me drive it a little, that that was dealership policy. He did start out driving and we talked while driving and I asked if we could go to interstate and he did agreed. Next after returning to dealership from test drive we attempted to purchase vehicle. When questioning price my wife attempted to negotiate price for final sale. At this time, we were told he needed 100.00 or more, check or cash, to even take this offer to his manager in show of good faith. His manager was with in listening distance which seemed like a waste of time and credibility. My wife even commented on whether it was a buy here pay here lot. Now for the real kicker when he did take offer to manager and came back with 16,400 which was 1,900 higher than his price 3 hours earlier. His excuse was since he didn’t take it earlier they had to renegotiate even though he said the offer was good for that day. I do want to make it clear that Kris was not rude or disrespectful but that the policy of this sales department is not of their word or even trust their vehicles enough to be driven properly to ensure customer is getting what they want and feel good about their purchase. Just as you think shady car lots are a thing of the past you wouldn’t be expect this from a so called respectable dealership. Definitely a thumbs down and would not recommend to anyone. More
Great place to buy or service a vehicle I appreciate how simple my vehicle purchase was here. Ended up buying 2 cars instead of one like I had planned. Prices to good to pass up. Disappointed & infuriated experience. Gave multiple chances Disappointed and absolutely infuriating. That is the only way I can describe my interactions with the dealership. I shopped for vehicles for about 3 Disappointed and absolutely infuriating. That is the only way I can describe my interactions with the dealership. I shopped for vehicles for about 30-45 days as I wanted to purchase a 2017 leftover or a new 2018 Ram 3500 at the beginning of the year when I found the truck that I thought was perfect (yes I still think it is a great vehicle and highly recommend purchasing one from anybody but Landmark Dodge). I ensured I was preapproved with multiple banks so I could purchase the truck and not waste unnecessary time at the dealership. I set up an appointment for that evening and called 90 minutes prior to my arrival to ensure the vehicle was ready for the test drive and purchase. I filled out the trade estimator on their website and was satisfied with the numbers it crunched. Upon arrival to the dealership, the truck was out on another test drive! Safe to say I was upset about it but the manager, Steve, said its okay I am sure we will have another truck that fits your needs. I walked the lot with Brett Cox and there wasn’t anything else there. OVER AN HOUR LATER, the truck returned and fortunately wasn’t purchased by the gentleman test driving it. I took it for a test drive and liked the truck so Brett and I went back inside to begin negotiations. From the get go, I was low balled by over $4,000 from the trade estimator on their website! When I asked why, the answer was a simple “There is no way we’d give you that much for your trade in even though it is in great condition, we simply couldn’t afford to do it!” After spending the next 2-3 hours going back and forth with the Steve (Sales Manager), Brett (salesman), and the owner, I finally decided to take $2,500 less for the trade in as I didn’t have time to continue negotiating as it was past 8 and I didn’t want to get home after midnight as I still had the finance manager to talk with. Prior to talking to the finance manager, I had to speak with the “warranty guy” which took another 30 minutes to explain how wonderful it is to spray the bottom of the vehicle for only another $1,000. I finally made it to the finance manager who continued trying to sell me more things I didn’t want instead of just running the paperwork. We finally closed the deal, but all the service guys were already sent home, because why pay someone a little over time when the customer is buying a 55K vehicle, therefore none of the fluids were topped off and it wasn’t even cleaned! After spending over 4 hours at the dealership, it was finally over, or so I thought. Over three weeks goes by and I still didn’t receive my check that I was told should arrive in two weeks. Martin (finance manager) from dealership called me and asked if they could overnight me a Power of Attorney so they can get the title. I said yes, but I would like the check included as I am trying to get my registration redone. Martin said, yes. Once I received the package, the check wasn’t in it. I spent the next 4 days trying to get a hold of Martin or Brett to no avail. I get a phone call from Martin asking if I received the package and when I would send it back. I told him I did receive it but the check was missing. All of a sudden, he couldn’t send the check without the POA being signed first, but not to worry because I will get it with the rest of the paperwork once he receives the POA. I explained how frustrated and disappointing this entire experience has been and he referred me to the Sales Manager to discuss. Steve called me and constantly explained how the dealership has done nothing wrong while consistently talking down to me. He even stated, “You will not get the check until we get the POA.” As if I am the person that has constantly lied, manipulated, and ignored the dealership. Unbelievable. The only good thing I can say about the dealership is they are cheap (clearly as they do not value the customer service or experience). Spend the extra $200-500 and go someplace else. More

DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE FIXED HERE I took my 2009 Charger in for a vehicle reconfiguration, after I spent 20 minutes explaining I wanted a Reconfiguration and not a PCM flash they assur I took my 2009 Charger in for a vehicle reconfiguration, after I spent 20 minutes explaining I wanted a Reconfiguration and not a PCM flash they assured me they would do a full reconfiguration. They called the next day and told me that they tried to flash it and "it didn't work". Frustrated that they couldn't seem to figure out the difference between a flash and a reconfiguration I asked them to just tell me why my PCM wasn't communicating with my ABS control module. They said that the problem was my vehicle had the wrong PCM in it and they needed to replace it for $900 and start diagnosing it from there. Obviously confused by the ridiculous diagnosis of my car which has never had the PCM replaced therefor it would be impossible for the wrong one to be in it, I decided to get a second opinion at Lee's Summit Dodge. LS Dodge informed me that the PCM Landmark was trying to sell me was the wrong one and indeed the PCM that was in the car was original and there was nothing wrong with it, so they did a vehicle reconfiguration and had it fixed in about 20 minutes. Long story short, Landmark Dodge lied to me about performing the Reconfiguration ($125 Charged) then came up with a ridiculous diagnosis of a different/wrong PCM that apparently just magically showed up in my car (another $125 charge) then Lee's Summit Dodge fixed my problem in about 20 minutes ($105) and Landmark Dodge is refusing to refund any money for their part in all this. DO NOT GO TO LANDMARK DODGE FOR ANYTHING!!! GO TO LEES SUMMIT DODGE More

Michael Banks was my sales guy and explained at our first meeting that I was just starting my vehicle search and wasn't interested in buying today. For the next couple months, he consistently followed up every couple weeks, never exerting any high pressure tactics. Eventually, I did settle on a couple vehicles and they put together a very competitive offer on a brand new 2018 Grand Cherokee. In the end I went with a completely different vehicle that fit our family better and Mike was still very polite. I would not hesitate to send a friend to Landmark for a car purchase. and would recommend Michael. More

She called in response to a car she saw online, and when we arrived we were told it had already sold. However, a very energetic, enthusiastic young man told us about another that was available and very similar to the one she had seen. It did fit our needs, and the dealers were very willing to work with us on the price. We were very satisfied with our service! More
