There's no way it went bad in that short of time. A used engine will cost almost as much as I paid for the car! Buyer beware! More

It was a little confusing because there are three locations for Landmark. We. of course, found what we needed after going to the wrong two locations. Ramon was the first salesman we found, and he jumped out to help us. He was very professional and yet very personable. He didn't give us the big sales pitch or try to steer us to the most expensive car in the lot. He took us on a test drive and pointed out some of the many features of the car. We told him that we were shopping for our third Chrysler, told him what we expected to get for our trade-in. He treated us like old friends and did his best to meet our offer. He made the experience as painless as possible . I feel he treated us like he would like to be treated. Nice guy and easy to work with! More
Won't refund deposit I planned on purchasing a new Jeep. The salesman escorted me next door to the Commerce Bank ATM and asked me to withdrawal $100.00 for a deposit. Fina I planned on purchasing a new Jeep. The salesman escorted me next door to the Commerce Bank ATM and asked me to withdrawal $100.00 for a deposit. Financing on the car fell through, and the salesman stated I would get my deposit back. It was been 60 days and no refund. I have also contacted the salesman and Finance Manager and didn't get any returned calls. More

Had to have the car towed 9 months after purchasing back to the service center where our warranty would be affective. First they lost my car for two days then they mis diagnosed the problem then they said the warranty would cover up to $4000 (multiple times by multiple people told us that) then the owner said they were going to put a remanufactured engine in it. They said we were still going to owe $1800 after it was all said and done the service department is wrong and the warranty only covers $3000. We told them over and over we were not paying $1800. It sat for weeks in there lot then they finally said they were going to fix it. We go to pick it up with a used engine in it and still owe $1800. We never agreed we would pay. The owner Doug Fletcher decided to cuss out my husband today over this and calling my husband a liar. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Non of the service dept knows anything. The owner is not very smart either. He used the reasoning of the weather as to why my engine had metal shavings in it and needed a new one. More

not sure how they stay open Tried to look into buying a car listed online. They couldn't figure out whether they still had it, whether it was sold, or how to get any information about the vehicle. Several calls, with promises of return calls with information, no follow-through. At least one employee confirmed the disarray at this dealership, but they were unapologetic in their incompetence. The price looked good, but I wouldn't trust them to do anything right. More

I traded in my 2013 Volvo, for this "cheaper" $9000 Chevy Cruze. (Big mistake.) I was looking to have lower payments, thus my reason for downgrading. As soon as I signed the paperwork, issues started to occur. Before I bought it, I asked if it was able to pass inspection. They replied saying that they are not allowed to sell me a car unless it is. I took there word, and when I got home I noticed that there were no wiper blades on the car. They were completely shot. Seeing as I have no warranty on the car, I was able to take it back and they replaced them. It took TWO HOURS for them to replace the wiper blades. The car currently is leaking coolant, and at a pretty fast rate. The car has almost died on me a few times while at a stop light, the transmission shifts poorly, and I didn't receive my title until a month after I bought the car. Every time I tried to contact the sales manager, It went straight to voice mail, which I never received a reply. Just over all not a fun experience. And now I have to spend hundreds in getting my car fixed, when I traded in a perfect one. Would not recommend a used vehicle from here!!! More
