The customer service and respect for me stood out the most. I can't think of anything I would change. I am very pleased with my new 2017 F350 king Ranch. I will refer all my family and friends to this dealership. Best experience EVER! I recently looked in to leasing a Ford Escape. The first dealership I contacted was not at all interested in my business and said that they would cont I recently looked in to leasing a Ford Escape. The first dealership I contacted was not at all interested in my business and said that they would contact me at THREE DAYS LATER. I thought that was what this process would be like, pulling teeth to get good service. Later that same day I called Landmark Ford and . It was night and day difference in service! Jeff was very enthusiastic and did all the research for me. He had the perfect Escape picked out right when I showed up. There were no games. The most pleasant experience ever. This was my first time working on getting my own vehicle and I am going to tell everyone about Landmark Ford and Jeff Sleight!! More

MKX Service Needed Landmark Lincoln offers extended hours that our dealership in Salem Oregon does not. I was able to get an appointment in one day where as in Salem I Landmark Lincoln offers extended hours that our dealership in Salem Oregon does not. Best Car Buying Experience I had the pleasure of working with Scott on the purchase of my new Lincoln MKC. Scott was patient with us over the course of 7 months. He took the tim I had the pleasure of working with Scott on the purchase of my new Lincoln MKC. Scott was patient with us over the course of 7 months. He took the time to find out what was important to us and kept in contact until we were ready to buy. He remembered what was important to me and was able to find the MKC I wanted in Seattle. He arranged delivery of my vehicle and even stayed late to ensure we got the car on the target date even though there was a delay by the other dealership. I really can't say enough about how appreciative we were to have Scott helping us. Through this entire experience he was never pushy or impatient. He was genuine in his approach and willingness to help. It was the least stressful and best car buying experience we have ever had. More
