After a couple of e-mails exchanges to determine my needs, we set up an appointment to test drive an Escape and to evaluate my trade-in. On my arrival, the Escape was out front and Kari was right there to meet me and give me an overview of the car. Went for the test drive, had the trade-in checked out, sat down and went over the numbers and came to an agreement. Simple and the way it should be. No delays or upselling pressure and the entire process, from arrival to departure, took about three hours. As someone who looks forward to a visit to an auto dealer right up there with one to the dentist office, I have to say this was by far the best auto buying experience I've ever had.
