The experience from test drive to receiving the keys and driving it home was flawless. Jim Warner has sold me my last two Ford vehicles, and I have purchased many from the fine sales staff there. I had planned to buy a used car, but Charlie Wilson, the Internet Sales Manager, showed me how with the year-end deals on offer I could get a new car for just a little more than a used would have cost. I was impressed. We wound up trading in a car and buying new in just a few hours. We got a fair price for our used car and a fantastic deal on a new car. No pressure, everyone we dealt with was very friendly. When I think about buying a new car, this is the first place I visit. More

What that means to me is that at the end of the sale, I've done my job. I've done it right. But these people! Lead by this shiny boy named Chris Maynard. They have the nerve to give us an experience that we've never thought was possible in a car dealership. My wife and I felt like we were in one of those propaganda commercials for a corporate giant where everyone is a carefully selected cast member delivering the excitement of their product. These guys could run a dealership like I've never seen. Now my experiences in the past have always lived up to the expectations my father had set. I've bought many cars in my lifetime and my wife and I always prepared our game plans before going in. The immediate disarmament was suspicious. But they beat ME to the lower price! I cannot explain that last part! I don't know how! Totally blown away from an amazing experience. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE (Bob just barely made it) rocked. If I buy another car, it's going to be a Ford at Landmark, not because Ford has a great product (which they do) but because of THIS dealership. Thanks Chris, Kari, Aaron and (eh) Bob. I wanted something small, with a manual transmission, and had a few models in mind from various brands. I sent out some pricing inquires for Honda, Toyota, VW and Ford. Rex sent me an e-mail the same day, to open the dialogue and help me find the right car. Since I bought my truck at Landmark over a year ago and was happy with that experience, I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after a short hike, and let my wife look at a few of the Fiestas. None of the cars were the right one, and even though Rex could have pressured me into buying any of them that day, he had the professionalism to help us look for just the right car. 3 cars and 2 weeks later we got just the right one, and a great price and my wife loves her little red Fiesta with the black spoke wheels!! Even Ray thought it was the coolest thing he had seen in a long time. Even Dan was not too upset when I did not fall for the backroom sales pitch for the upgraded warranty. Great team, I would buy another car here. More

I was inundated with emails and phone calls from area dealers showing me close to what I wanted, but not exactly. That is, until Charlie emailed me. He sent me what I'd requested, but after a couple of emails back and forth, he realized that I was settling and gave me a call. Without me even having to ask, he was searching the regional database for the model with the exact features I wanted in my first color choice. I drove to Landmark that afternoon to check out a similar vehicle in the wrong color, just to make sure it was THE car I wanted. I decided yes, so we went inside to talk numbers. There was no handoff game, no sharky sales tactics whatsoever. Charlie found extra rebates for me, and with my Edmunds price being right at invoice, there was no haggling needed. He didn't even shove Ford financing down my throat since I'd already qualified through my bank. I had my out-the-door price, in my terms, with my interest rate. We shook on it, and he began the dealer trade process. The car was available next day. Charlie walked me through all the new technology to make sure I had a clear understanding how to use it, and scheduled me for a follow-up session after two weeks. The paper signing process was pretty quick, and although the finance guy was on the upsell train, he didn't push very hard. This was an easy and stress free car buying experience. I definitely recommend Charlie and Landmark Ford! More
