We worked with Jim Warner to purchase our 2013 Flex. He assisted us with ordering the exact one we wanted at a very good price. When it arrived, it had 4 miles on it, and it was in perfect shape. The service department service writers always talk straight car talk, offer effective repairs (for my 2002 SVT Focus) and comprehensive preventative maintenance. The prices are very competative with other delarships. It's the quality of the sales and service at Landmark which separates them from the pack and keeps me coming back for more. More

I drove to Landmark Service without having an appointment after experiencing unusual - apparently electrical charging system - problems with our 2011 Fusion Hybrid. Mike Walker and the Red Team took care of after experiencing unusual - apparently electrical charging system - problems with our 2011 Fusion Hybrid. Mike Walker and the Red Team took care of our car immediately and within 30 minutes I had a diagnosis: bad wiring harness. Parts were ordered and the next day I was able to pick up the car.
