I have been to landmark ford a handful of times and the service is always great. All employees are super helpful and friendly. Horrible customer service. Took my car in for service and seemed very uninterested in my issue. I had to call a week later to check on the status since I never heard anything from him. When I picked up my v seemed very uninterested in my issue. I had to call a week later to check on the status since I never heard anything from him. When I picked up my vehicle I popped the hood and noticed they had taken the battery cover off and set it on the wiper cowl and closed the hood on it. Horrible quality control. Would give zero stars for rating if I could. Won’t be going back ever again. More
