They were quick to respond to my emailed questions with a phone call and followed up with an email several days later. There was no high pressure sales tactics, just straight forward information. Once I decided to travel 3.5 hours to look at the vehicle in person, they held the vehicle for my inspection. Upon deciding to purchase the vehicle, there was not a lot of haggling back and forth over the price. The process was easy, they were straightforward with the numbers and it was a really easy transaction.
