For about a month my wife and I had been shopping around for a used Toyota Rav4. One Saturday night a listing for one popped-up in an internet search. The listing was at Langdale Ford with Fred Dixon. Th for a used Toyota Rav4. One Saturday night a listing for one popped-up in an internet search. The listing was at Langdale Ford with Fred Dixon. The listing was very detailed with pictures, info, and included a 3rd party history report on the car. It all looked really good and the price was in the right range with no dealer fee! I called Fred on Monday morning and he quickly answered a few questions I had and then e-mailed me some additional pictures, an out the door price quote, and an additional 3rd party history report from a different source. It all checked out fine. Due to the fact that we live 4 hours away from Valdosta I wanted to make sure it was worth the drive to look at the car. Fred really worked hard to give us as much info as possible. We called back and made an appointment with Fred to come in on Tuesday evening for a test drive. Well our trip down was not as quick as planned and it was late in the day when we arrived at the dealership. Fred said no problem take all the time you need, and we did. We took the car for a long drive and I looked it over for quite a while. Never were we pressured to make a decision or anything. The car checked out just like Fred had portrayed it to us with only one minor surprise which was really in an obscure place on the car and did not affect the functioning of the car. We decided to make the purchase. Fred got the car gassed up for us while we took care of the payment with the Finance Manager Marvin. Marvin was very patient with us even though he had to stay after closing time to get things worked out for us. He took care of things very expeditiously and soon we were shaking hands with both gentlemen and on the road. Fred sent a couple messages later to check on us due to the late time of departure and long drive back home. This was the most friendliest and most helpful place I have ever got a vehicle from! Mr Fred Dixon got us a great deal on the truck we bought.
