Drove over and Hour for this Dealership I drove over an hour to purchase my car here. While I have many Toyota dealerships in my area they have very poor customer service. Langway Toyota was amazing and the long trip was well worth it. Their customer service is incredible. I purchased a used Prius and they sat in the car for over an hour with me, explaining all of the features, how to get the best gas mileage, and even set up my phone. It was also so easy to speak about financing and they even helped me with insurance. I will never buy a car anywhere else!! More

I received a call from Peter about having a bad battery and to inquire if I wanted to buy a new one. I did. I received a call at approximately 11am that the car was ready to be picked up. Again, I was in and out in a matter of minutes. The employees that I dealt with, Peter Silva and Scott Proeun, were very pleasant and courteous and the car wash and interior cleaning was a very nice touch to the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this service center. More

New Car Satisfied Customer I purchased a new 2018 Camry XSE V6 from Langway at the end of March. I was totally satisfied with the buying process. My sales person, Bob DeMagistri I purchased a new 2018 Camry XSE V6 from Langway at the end of March. I was totally satisfied with the buying process. My sales person, Bob DeMagistris, was extremely helpful and low pressure. Kevin Ward, General Manager, was very fair during price negotiations relative to my USAA buyer status and the vehicles I traded in. I was very pleased with the entire buying process and was treated fairly throughout. At delivery, minor vehicle discrepancies were dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I intend to have all maintenance performed at Langway Toyota of Newport and would buy my next new car from them without any hesitations. Overall a good experience and excellent team effort. More

Better than the big name high volume dealerships. The salesman, Mitch Carter, was excellent. Very informative, personable and absolutely no pressure. The owner. Jim Langway, came out to greet me which never happened at any other dealership. I had one small problem after I purchased the car and they were very responsive in resolving the issue. So, it's great to deal with a local business here on the island and with a staff that treats you like good friend. Highly recommend this dealership for price and excellent treatment. More

Great buying experience After several hours of online research we were still undecided as to purchasing a 2018 Highlander LE, LE PLUS, or RAV4. When entering the Langway sho After several hours of online research we were still undecided as to purchasing a 2018 Highlander LE, LE PLUS, or RAV4. When entering the Langway showroom we were fortunate to meet Mitch Carter, a very knowledgeable, no pressure, friendly, patient, and sincere sales consultant who explained in detail the various basic and hi-tech features of each car, then let us test ride all three. He answered all our questions and addressed our every concern. We chose the LE PLUS for the quiet ride and the extra features that met our needs. The price was already discounted from the MSRP but we were able to negotiate down a little bit more. Mitch saw to it that everything was handled by Langway personnel - sale, prep, loan application, auto insurance change, and registration. They did it all. They even topped off the fuel and touched up a tiny scratch on the door. Best of all I didn't have to stand in line at the DMV! Although the new car buying process took several hours, we were able to relax in the comfortable waiting room with complimentary coffee, water, donuts, TV, and wireless. Our thanks to Mitch, Jay, Kevin, Peter, Jim, the service technician, and the "key man" working the lot, for their great service, and making our new-car buying a smooth and enjoyable experience. More
