WOW ... above & beyond I needed to have my headlight changed. Had no appointment but stopped in around 12:30 when all the mechanics were at lunch. I rec'd a text just then that I needed to get up to the ICU to see my niece, so I told Scott (Proeun) I would take care of this another time. He said 'give me a couple of minutes, I'll do it myself'! 10 minutes later ... I was on my way. Also need to mention that Adam is always wonderful when I come it too. More

Great! I scheduled a routine oil change for early afternoon. Upon arrival my car was checked in and they noticed my inspection sticker was due for renewal an I scheduled a routine oil change for early afternoon. Upon arrival my car was checked in and they noticed my inspection sticker was due for renewal and my tires needed rotated, perfect! My three year old thoroughly enjoyed the kid room in the customer lounge which was equipped with it's own TV for cartoons, some toys, giant magnetic tictactoe and checkers on the walls, and a table. The free coffee/hot chocolate, waters, and donuts were great. I was kept very up to date on the status of my vehicle and after they inspected and I needed something replaced I was given an accurate estimate as to how long it would take. My oil change, tire rotation (and filling the air), inspection, new part, and car wash took around three hours and I was well informed of everything needed and how much longer during the entire process. I will continue to return to Langway for my service needs. More
