He was very patient with me, took the time to look over every document with me & explained same. Mark (driver) & Peter took the time to drive the vehicle to my location, greeted me with a wonderful, welcoming smile and taught me all the specs of my new 2011 Honda CR-V. I was somewhat hesitant to search for a car online but after dealing with Peter Cabrera at Largo Honda, I don't think I will ever buy a car the "traditional" way again. He was professional at all times and I could tell that his emails were more than regular automated replies I had received from other dealerships. We maintained communication over the 4th of July holiday and we scheduled an appointment to meet the day after the holiday. Upon arrival at the dealership, Peter greeted us with a warm smile and sat with us to discuss our options. During our test drive, he explained all the features of the vehicle and answered all our questions. Honestly, I felt like we were working with a close friend, and not a sales person. Peter made both my mother and I feel very comfortable with the whole process. We drove off the lot with a brand new Odyssey and feeling great about our experience at Largo Honda.
