Went as a walk-in late in the day for a tire rotation, oil change and general maintenance check. Was assisted with transportation home while the car was being worked on and had my car back within two hour oil change and general maintenance check. I took my car for an oil change and while the car was in service, I thought someone would come outside and explain to me what, if any, additional services were needed. Instead, I received a text message wit service, I thought someone would come outside and explain to me what, if any, additional services were needed. Instead, I received a text message with a link asking me to add services with zero explanation. I would have appreciated if someone would have gone outside to me while I was waiting and explained to me the services that were showing up under that link. This Honda dealership location used to have more efficient employees but not anymore. More
