I scheduled my first service at Largo Honda. I was pleasantly surprised at the speed and efficiency with which I was attended. This did not leave the service lacking. James was very professional and was clear about what to expect. He assisted me in getting a ride back home and back to the dealer as well when my vehicle was ready. An oil and filter change should not take 2. 5 hours. Period. You have assess from a daily basis and day of the week basis the oil and filter change frequency and adjust your workforce accordingl 5 hours. Period. You’re going to lose a lot of customers to Jiffy Lube, Tire Kingdom, etc. If you need help on what to do and go about expediting the oil/filter jobs, let me know and I’ll give you my help.
