Normally I wouldn’t do a survey because the service is usually pretty fine. It’s a lady that works in the service department name Melissa which I would say is the best but there is a new guy name manny t usually pretty fine. This is my second time having Manny over my service and this time is even worst then the first time. Every time I had a question about my car he does not know or has to call me back . Once he did call back it would take forever and he still wouldn’t have a clear answer. Also both times he serviced me he told me that my car was ready and after I get there I still had to wait 46 minutes. Normally my car would be out, parked, waiting for me to just get the keys and go. I had to wait on him to finish up paperwork and bring the car down off of the lift per his reasoning as to why I was still waiting on my car. To add I did an oil change on a Wednesday and he failed to give me the “ladies day “ discount I had to remind him. I only take my car to largo Honda in homestead/ Florida city and I have never received service this bad. I have purchased 3 different Vehicles from Largo Honda and never have I done a survey until today. Overall the customer service usually is good. Manny is bringing the rep down. Update The service team did reach out to me about both incidents and although no one can change my experience they have reassured myself that going forward they will strive for excellence and also offered two oil changes for both of my not so fine experiences. More
