Service advisors work hard, they are professional and will to go the extra mile. As far as the technicians, they need to drink from the same coffee that the service advisors drink from. I usually have a good experience with my car and service writer but this last time was terrible. I ordered a set of two tires on Friday and said it would be ready by Monday. I said I can drop off the car th writer but this last time was terrible. I ordered a set of two tires on Friday and said it would be ready by Monday. I said I can drop off the car the following Friday to give some time for the order to arrive. When I got there no appointment was logged in and I did not receive a call to tell me the tires were not available. When I got there at 4 they handed me a bill with alignment and balancing done on tires that needed replacing. If it wasn't for Mike taking care of this mess up from Ozzie wrong doing this would be the last time I take it there. I will go back to my original service writer James or I won't come back. More
