There was no one readily available to accept my car as I came into the service bay. I had to wait and go find my service advisor. Follow up phone calls went unanswered and returned. Fall phone calls did not came into the service bay. I had to wait and go find my service advisor. Follow up phone calls went unanswered and returned. Although it took awhile to get the parts for recalls, work was done quickly and I was finished in less than 2 hours. Needed new side view mirror. Lizardo ordered a new one and received in 2 days as promised. Brought the car back the next day and was in and out in 2 hours.
