I gave it three stars only because I was asked if I wanted my car washed and vacuumed from the inside and of course I said “yes” . I picked up my car after the routine maintenance and the inside had wanted my car washed and vacuumed from the inside and of course I said “yes” . I picked up my car after the routine maintenance and the inside had not been vacuumed at all and the outside of the vehicle looked as if they only sprayed it down with a water hose and no soap. I understand that this is complementary; but I was asked if I was interested in the service but if you’re not going to do it right then don’t do it at all. Other than that my service was good. Mellisa is very nice and professional. More
