Absolutely horrible, waited 5 hrs for an oil change. When Ruben Perez advised it would be an hr and 30 mins, called after two hours and was advised that my car was not started. Then waited 2 additional hours to be told my car had been done and they just never updated the app. No help from anyone else or compensation for sitting outside for two hours waiting for a car that apparently had been finished. I won’t return to the service center! More
