Largo Honda - Service Center

Scheduling wasn’t the easiest, I had been back and forth with on the phone with a girl about a month prior to ever going in. Largo Honda is a bit out of the way for me but I will go the extra distance for their good service. James is great at what he does! More

Service department did an outstanding job. Melissa provided a 5 star customer service. However, if they can be more accessible to customer, by answering their phone lines I asked the front desk provided a 5 star customer service. However, if they can be more accessible to customer, by answering their phone lines I asked the front desk staff to transfer me to service and she placed me hold without stating that she was placing me on hold and then left me on hold for a long extended time. I had to call back to be transfer to the service. The front desk staff needs to practice more professionalism. I been a customer of largo Honda for several years and I have purchased several vehicles as well, to be provided this type of service. More
