Largo Honda - Service Center

I’d like to start by saying with respect to my service representative Melissa, She is very knowledgeable trustworthy and easy to work with. I also find Largo Honda one of the few honest dealerships that representative Melissa, She is very knowledgeable trustworthy and easy to work with. I also find Largo Honda one of the few honest dealerships that I Worked with, especially here in South Florida. The only thing I’d like to add to this survey is on my previous visit the only complaint I have is with respect to the condition my vehicle was in when I picked it up, I know due to unforeseen circumstances the vehicle spent almost a month waiting for parts, that I completely understand however the vehicle itself was an absolute mess dusty filthy inside and out, that was the only thing disappointing I can say, I compare this to South Motors Volkswagen and Kendall Toyota, I have two other cars and every time I pick them up from those dealerships they are delivered spotless inside and out, if you have any questions feel free to contact me I know you have all of my information regards Kenneth Rossi. AMAZING customer service!!! I walked in for service and James greeted me, very friendly answered all my questions. I had to leave my car for service and he got me a loaner.
