This dealership told me repeatedly told me that they would contact me and keep me updated, and failed to do so for several days at a time. From the time estimates they gave me, the total service should would contact me and keep me updated, and failed to do so for several days at a time. From the time estimates they gave me, the total service should have generously taken five days, maximum; instead it took nearly two weeks. I called several times to ask for updates and was never able to be put in contact with an advisor who could answer my questions, and despite saying every time that they would leave a note to reach out when one was available, they never called me back. There were no other avenues available for me to find information on my car. The service quality itself was nominal, but I will not be recommending this dealership and will avoid it in the future because it does not deliver on its promises and fails to communicate with its customers. More

While waiting for service, I was told I needed a new Windshield Washer since mine was not working. It was ordered and paid for at the end of my service. I never really paid attention to the passenger Windshield Washer since mine was not working. It was ordered and paid for at the end of my service. I never really paid attention to the passenger side windshield wiper. I was never called that the part came in and now that I pay attention to the passenger wiper, I don't see anything wrong with it. It would like to get this incident straightened out and get a refund for the part I paid for.--also if the part were replaced, there would also be an additional charge for labor. Sincerely JD More

I took my car for an oil change an a recalled service rep told me that the car would take 5 hrs to be ready. I left the car at 9:00am I called at 4:00pm the person didn't know the status of my car. I went in person at 5:40pm it was only 1 person to dispatch the cars. My car was ready and parked in a line of cars.Not coming back nor referring. This was my 3rd time the 2 previous visits was for oil change and the service was great don't know what happened this time. More
