We are sorry that you didn't see the value for your maintenance. If you could please give us more information so we can look up your transaction history, we can look into this. Privately message us your name please. Our oil changes and tire rotations both have monthly specials, so we can look at what exactly you paid for and had done. It also disappoints us that you did not receive a carwash, we would like to make that up to you as it is part of our process unless it is raining heavily. We look forward to your message.
