Largo Honda - Service Center

Largo Honda did a excellent job on every visit for the past year except this one. My appointment time was 8:00am for bearings warranty replacement. The car was checked in at 07:45 yet no sat alongside the past year except this one. My appointment time was 8:00am for bearings warranty replacement. The car was checked in at 07:45 yet no sat alongside the rack until 10:45am. On the rack for over 2 hours, the sound was somewhat reduced yet still pronounced. Although my rep told me a new set of tires would fix this, I am disappointed. Perhaps the entire axle on both end would’ve done a more prudent approach, Assurant through USAA was charmed nearly a grand for an issue I’m still hearing. My rep continually offered to give me a ride home as a drop-off yet I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the premises. More
