My appointment time was honored and Benny introduced himself, as he is new to the dealership since my last visit. After checking my service history, he suggested several options, explained thoroughly wh himself, as he is new to the dealership since my last visit. The waiting area was a bit crowded, so I found a suitable spot away from others, where there was a desk and charging station that allowed me to get some work done while I waited. Benny checked in with me a couple of times, even though he was busy. Two hours elapsed from the time I drove in until I was on my way home. I am satisfied with the safety protocols, the work done, and the great customer service Largo Honda always provides. More
