Dropped the ball on so many occasions Got the run around trying to get my title & my AC fixed. Called the title clerk several times & left messages & never got a call back. Had to go in to get answers regarding my title which ended up being delivered the day I walked into the dealer asking about the status of my title. Was told by Service it would take 5-7 days for a part but I had to call 2wks later to check the status. Found out the part arrived 3 days before I called. The work was amazing & my Service Tech was amazing while it was getting fixed. But the into attempt to get it fixed was pretty ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this dealer if these are common occurrences. What I would've recommended to friends was the quick purchase process. It was so wonderful to go in & have a no hassle process. More

Took Very Long Had an appt at 10am and did not get out till 1230pm. Helpful sales staff Our sales person Miguel, was very helpful and did not put pressure on us to buy. He let us take our time and look at all the trucks on the lot. After we made the decision to purchase, it took a little longer that I would have liked to complete the paperwork but they sent me home in my new vehicle that evening. Our only disappointment was after agreeing to a deal with the “Fleet Mgr” we were told it was disapproved by the sales manager. We were then in the awkward position of either walking out or agreeing to a new deal at a slightly higher price. We ultimately agreed to the higher price but it did mar an otherwise pleasant experience. More
