New tires. Had a 10:30 app't to get new tires installed. I was there at 10:20. Didn't get out of there until 1:40. That's way too long for a tire change. Dropped the ball on so many occasions Got the run around trying to get my title & my AC fixed. Called the title clerk several times & left messages & never got a call back. Had to go in to get answers regarding my title which ended up being delivered the day I walked into the dealer asking about the status of my title. Was told by Service it would take 5-7 days for a part but I had to call 2wks later to check the status. Found out the part arrived 3 days before I called. The work was amazing & my Service Tech was amazing while it was getting fixed. But the into attempt to get it fixed was pretty ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this dealer if these are common occurrences. What I would've recommended to friends was the quick purchase process. It was so wonderful to go in & have a no hassle process. More
