Service's Lionel Denial of Warranty Repairs at Alameda Kenny Duane was condescending to me (female) and then had Lionel, who said he was the head of service at Alameda, confront me and refuse to provide wa Kenny Duane was condescending to me (female) and then had Lionel, who said he was the head of service at Alameda, confront me and refuse to provide warranty repairs under Toyota extended coverage for my RAV4 torque converter shudder telling me until I had dates and times and RPMs to prove the shudder, they would do nothing. He drove the RAV4, and the assumption was he was a man, and he knew more than me a female. They have access to the computer on my car so they know the car shudders when down shifting. I don't have access to my car's computer without going to another repair shop. Lionel was so nasty to me and I felt he would not treat a man this way. I will never buy another car from LHM and/to take it for service to Alameda again. They - who give me two or three copies to sign for oil service - gave me no paperwork because in my opinion they did not want to be tracked. Their treatment of me and actions toward me and refusal to provide the repairs I am entitled to violate New Mexico lemon laws and Unfair Trade Practices laws. Even though LMH knows about this situation they have done nothing to fix the problem they created. More
