Bad Customer Service Made an appointment for 7:30 am to get an oil change and complimentary car wash. I didn't get out of there until approximately 10:00 am (2 1/2 hours l Made an appointment for 7:30 am to get an oil change and complimentary car wash. I didn't get out of there until approximately 10:00 am (2 1/2 hours later) and when I commented about all the bugs still on the windshield and bumper the response was "What do you expect it's free". That was not what I expected to hear from the manager and will never return to American Toyota for any kind of service or to purchase my next vehicle. Now I am not even sure the oil got changed.
